How to troubleshoot if my BlackBook problem is hardware or software related?

To eliminate whether a problem caused by software, (operating system, a virus, etc) please run the USB recovery drive that is provided with your Venom computer. There are instructions on the USB recovery drive packet on how to use this device. Running the recovery drive will wipe all your data on your primary drive (C:) so please ensure important data is backed up before hand. The USB recovery drive will reset the computer to original factory settings. Please then check to see if the problem persists. If the problem has been resolved this will indicate that the issue was software related.
