Registering your BlackBook links its serial number to your Help Desk account, allowing our support team to identify your exact machine, warranty cover and service history. Once registered, you can open support tickets and keep all communication relating to your BlackBook together in one place.
Find your serial number
Your BlackBook serial number identifies your exact machine. The quickest way to find it is through Venom Support and Control under Asset Info. You can also find it on the product identification label, normally underneath the BlackBook, or on the original Venom tax invoice.
Venom Care & Warranty
Venom Care brings technical support, warranty and repair service together. Check your current warranty cover, contact Venom technical support or arrange service when required. Eligible warranty repairs include pickup, repair and return service, so your BlackBook can be supported directly by Venom wherever your cover applies.
